We have always upheld a strong family ethos, a home-from-home feel, when we first began in January 1989 with only a small crew and a small number of kids. We consider it to be fundamental to our setting and at the core of Halesfield Day Nursery.
All of our children, families, and team members deserve nothing less. We place a lot of attention on developing a healthy team because we think that: Happy Families = Happy Kids. Although it is not difficult, we make an effort to foster an environment where our team members feel appreciated and supported rather than treated as mere employees. The nursery setting is created by a healthy, happy personnel, and the children thrive in a pleasant, friendly environment.
