Over the past four years, the Grass Roots Private Day Nursery Management Team has collaborated together to create our current business into a prosperous, respected, and at-home environment.

Since we started operating our nurseries, we have developed a fantastic reputation in the neighbourhood.
We utilise an app called Famly for nursery administration, which among other things allows us to communicate information about learning and growth, daily schedules, news and updates, events, and billing.
Alongside Famly, our Deputy Manager Caitlin checks a number of the app's new features and provides feedback from our setting.
The church community and Grass Roots Day Nursery already enjoy a wonderful relationship.

Children at Grass Roots currently require interventions to help their learning and development, and we have a wealth of experience supporting the needs of specific children.
Our preschool manager, Jess, is situated in New Road and has earned an NCFE CACHE Level 3 in helping children and young people's speech, language, and communication. She also serves as the SEND Champion for Calderdale.
Our goal at Grass Roots Day Nursery is to successfully support children's behaviour both in the classroom and at home.
The absence of early support for a child to control their own behaviour has a significant impact on their schooling and likelihood of committing a crime as an adult, according to a wealth of data.
