Giggles & Wiggles

For kids ages 0 to 5, Giggles & Wiggles offers a combination of high-quality pre-school instruction and full-day care.
We begin introducing your child to the nursery routine when you and we determine that they are prepared to go on to the next phase of nursery life.
Children will now be encouraged to adhere to the nursery's routines.
Although children are still given lots of time for unstructured play, we attempt to develop skills such as dance and movement, ball games, and floor activities.
Each child will take part in a variety of activities during the week, including messy play, construction, and discussion, while utilising a variety of books and materials.
Despite being continuously watched, the kids are urged to grow more autonomous and tolerant of others.
The rooms are divided into various categories, including the home corner, which promotes role-playing and imaginative play, the language and literacy area, the art and craft area, and a book corner.
Once more, outdoor play is regarded as a crucial component of the daily schedule.

The goal for children older than three is to get them ready for a smooth transition into full-time education.
Daily activities include messy play, role play, imaginative play, music, movement, ICT, and lots of free choice. Children are invited to sign in and out on the board.
Our busy week includes regular lessons in reading and writing, math, personal and social skills, as well as information and comprehension of the world.
Every day, children have access to outdoor play, which helps develop their social and motor skills and provides a great outlet for them to let off steam.

The Director, Jill Jones, oversees how the nurseries run.
Each nursery has a Nursery Manager and a Deputy who are in charge of organising, managing, and overseeing all aspects of childcare in each nursery.
Employees at Giggles & Wiggles possess NNEB certifications or a recognised certificate that is an equivalent.
All employees receive training in paediatric first aid and take a Safeguarding Level 1 course, with senior personnel continuing on to a Level 2 course.
In-depth training is provided to staff coordinators in areas relevant to their roles, such as health and safety, equal opportunity, or special educational requirements.
