In our childcare, we value each kid as an individual. We put a lot of effort into giving every kid the greatest care and caring atmosphere we can. We think that every child has the right to be seen and heard in a way that is fair and inclusive. We have made our nursery clean, secure, and pleasant because we are aware of the daily struggles parents have when leaving their kids at the nursery.
We strive to concurrently address a kid's physical, emotional, relational, intellectual, and spiritual needs as they relate to child development. We understand that this is heavily reliant on parents and nursery personnel having a good working relationship and communicating with one another. We therefore make an effort to collaborate with parents and inform them of all facets of their child's progress and well-being at the nursery. Our supervisors have a "doors are always open" approach and are always delighted to speak with parents about any problems or worries.
