Your children can learn, explore, and grow in a safe, joyful atmosphere created by Forbury Gardens Day Nursery.
While your children are in our care, we assist this process with policies that have been put in place to support and safeguard them.
These include our policies on health and safety, good behaviour, equal opportunities, and child protection.
A copy of each of our policies is accessible upon request from parents and is posted in our entry hall.

The Department of Environmental Health has given the Forbury Gardens Day Nursery its seal of approval, and it is registered with OFSTED and conforms with all applicable Health and Safety Regulations.

Our SEND Policy outlines how we track special needs and disabilities and make sure that every child has the same right to a broad-based education.
Your place offer will come with a copy of this policy.
This policy explains the ways we can reward good behaviour and discipline any difficult behaviour.
It also offers advice to parents and staff.
The Regulations folder, which is located in our entrance hall, also contains a number of additional policies and procedures.
On request, parents can receive copies of any of our policies.
Available nursery spaces are not guaranteed.
According to the Forbury Gardens Day Childcare Equal Opportunity Policy, everyone will have equal access to nursery spaces.
Parents of a child at the top of the list will be offered a spot when a spot opens up in a suitable age group, taking into account the required start date.
Siblings of students currently enrolled will also be given preference for seats.
