Philosophy: Children are motivated to learn and develop their skills, exploring different materials and testing ideas.

Skills , Knowledge and Behavior: Children test out their ideas and explore different materials, learning to fill moulds with sand and make imaginative mixes.

Communication: Staff obtain lots of information from parents and work closely with them, including on useful visits to children's homes.

Community Building: Managers and staff consulted closely with parents about the nursery's age group set up.

Programs and Resources: The special educational needs coordinator leads interventions and works with outside professionals to enable all children to achieve their potential.

Staff Training: Unqualified staff show good teaching skills and are well supported by qualified staff and managers.

Welcoming and Professional Staff: Children build strong bonds with caring and kind staff who are attentive to babies' needs.

Safeguarding Training: All staff have undertaken first-aid training and a range of safeguarding training.

Play and Learning Integration: Children create with natural resources outside and develop their confidence quickly through thoughtfully set out resources.

Transition to Primary School: Children’s independence skills and sense of responsibility are developed very well.

Child Safety Management: The manager and deputy manager undertake higher-level child protection training to lead safeguarding practice.

Children's Safety and Security: They are vigilant in their security procedures and supervision of the children to ensure good care and safety.
