Community Building: They regularly visit local landmarks or invite parents in to talk about their work and home culture.

Programs and Resources: Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) make good progress.

Welcoming and Professional Staff: Children settle in quickly and form close bonds with their key person.

Safeguarding Training: All staff are fully aware of their safeguarding responsibilities. Every staff member has a recent first-aid qualification.

Play and Learning Integration: Staff sensitively encourage children to explore and play. Children develop new skills as they investigate.

Transition to Primary School: The setting provides funded early years education for two-, three- and four-year-old children.
