a newly constructed private children's daycare that is situated in Bishop Auckland, County Durham's Evenwood village. In accordance with the tenets of a social entrepreneurship initiative, we are dedicated to reinvesting surplus funds in the nursery to further improve it.
For instance, research from the Study of Early Education and Development (SEED) shows that certain factors, such as a higher overall staff to child ratio, a higher level of staff qualification, the existence of a staff training plan or budget, a smaller age range, and in some cases, the presence of specialised SEN/D provisions, are associated with high-quality early years programmes (Melhuish and Gardiner, 2018). Our goal is to give every child the high-quality early education they deserve.
