A modest network of three nurseries with locations in Liverpool and Leyland makes up First Footsteps Nurseries.

Operation Encompass is a project that First Footsteps is working on with Merseyside Police.
To protect and support children and young people who have been involved in, heard about, or seen a domestic abuse occurrence is the goal of Operation Encompass.
In order to support children and young people in a way that makes them feel safe and included, Operation Encompass strives to ensure that the right nursery professionals (referred to as Key Adults) are informed early enough.
