Staff Training: Work extremely well with external agencies to ensure they provide children with consistent teaching and care. Staff attend regular training.

Safeguarding Training: Staff know how to recognise indicators of abuse and understand the procedures to follow if they have concerns about a child's welfare.

Play and Learning Integration: Babies are warmly welcomed by their key person. Older children know where to hang up their coats and bags independently upon arrival.

Transition to Primary School: Older children are highly motivated to learn. They communicate confidently with adults and other children, sharing their ideas and respecting the ideas of others.

Child Safety Management: The management team has robust safeguarding procedures in place that all staff understand.

Children's Safety and Security: Children arrive happy, motivated and eager to learn. They settle straight away into the activities that have been carefully planned for them.

Teaching Personal Safety: Children are reminded how to look over the bridge safely when saying 'hello' to the children below.

Happiness and Settling: Babies are warmly welcomed by their key person, who helps them to settle using a range of sensory resources.
