To help all children reach the five Every Child Matters outcomes of remaining safe, keeping well, enjoying and achieving, making a positive contribution, and achieving economic well-being, the Early Years Foundation Stage is used.
According to the Early Years Foundation Stage, "All children should have the opportunity to experience a challenging and enjoyable programme of learning and development, regardless of ethnicity, culture or religion, home language, family background, learning difficulties or disabilities, gender or ability."
Children will be given the chance and encouragement to use their abilities in a variety of contexts and for a variety of objectives. They will also receive support in building the confidence and mindset necessary to do so.
The availability of opportunities for newborns and young children to be active and interactive as well as to enhance their motor skills and coordination will promote their physical development.
By encouraging children's curiosity, exploration, and play, we can encourage children's creativity.
They experiment with a variety of materials, tools, and techniques while doing so safely.
Children will receive assistance in increasing their knowledge of numbers, forms, space, and measure in a variety of scenarios where they can explore, enjoy, study, put what they have learned into practise, and communicate about what they are learning.
Children will receive assistance in acquiring the knowledge, skills, and understanding necessary for them to comprehend the world.
Children can read and comprehend simple words, and they can decode regular words using their phonics skills.
