From the Elan Nursery
At Elan, we place fulfilling the unique needs of every child at the centre of our practise. We provide individualised learning, development, and care to provide kids the best start in life. We believe this is best achieved by working in partnership with parents. By participating in their child's learning diary and attending parent-teacher conferences, parents are encouraged to participate in their child's education. Our knowledgeable and experienced staff believes that children learn best when given the chance to play both indoors and outside. We provide a diverse and resourceful atmosphere that stimulates all children, allowing them a diversity of choice and colourful experiences. We offer a combination of child-initiated and adult-led play-based activities. The children's meals are thoughtfully prepared to guarantee that they are wholesome and healthful and include at least five portions of fruit and vegetables each day. Every day, a freshly made hot meal and afternoon tea are served by our full-time chef. Fresh fruit snacks are provided in between meals and breakfast is served every morning from when we open until 8.30am. Children are regarded as unique individuals at Elan, and we want them to be content and reach their best potential before they start school. Additional activities are offered by outside organisations for a modest price. Little Kickers, yoga, and physical education are these. The provider is paid directly, and the activities are conducted in small groups of 7–11 kids. During these sessions, one of our Nursery Practitioners will always be present.
