Early Learning Academy

A key person is designated for each child to serve as a liaison between their household and the nursery. They will offer more assistance and get a sense of what each youngster needs. Each child's development will be tracked in their Learning Journey Book, which can be consulted whenever desired. We make an effort to establish enduring, good bonds with everyone of our parents and caregivers. Daily updates on each child's care, education, and development are provided by their key worker and documented in daily diaries. Parents evenings are regularly hosted, and parents are encouraged to examine their child's Learning Journey Book at any time. When making future plans, parents' opinions are taken into consideration. Parents can express their problems and comments using our suggestion box and questionnaires. We adhere to the idea of an inclusive environment by valuing and respecting everyone, including kids, parents, and staff. Our dedication to equality will be demonstrated on a daily basis through a variety of activities and exploring our surroundings. By loving each child, supporting their full potential, and fostering individuality, we serve kids with specific educational and physical needs.
