At Ducklings, we work hard to foster a loving, caring environment in a welcoming setting. We work hard to support all kids so they can do their best. To do this, numerous measures are made to support the students throughout their educational journeys, and occasionally, additional positive support for specific students may be required to help them reach their full potential. Additionally, Ducklings is happy to share that each of our locations has a designated SENCO (Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator), in addition to TWO business SENCO Managers, Michelle and Becky, who provide additional support to all of the locations. These Coordinators and Managers work together to ensure that each child's unique requirements are satisfied, and their contributions are crucial.
