Danbury Pre-School at St John's

We are a registered charity that is managed by an elected Committee of volunteers, the majority of whom are parents of Pre-School students.
To ensure the Pre-School runs well, the Committee collaborates with the personnel.
ensuring that the Pre-School operates in accordance with policies that enable it to deliver high-quality services.
ensuring that the parents of the children and the pre-school collaborate.
The Pre-School would be unable to function without the Committee and would have to close.
Each volunteer Committee member will contribute unique talents that are essential to the operation of our Pre-School.
Members of the committee have worked in a variety of fields, including management, finance, and clerical work.
The crucial point is that you may make a difference without having any prior expertise.
coordinates the Committee's activities.
The Pre-School Manager and Supervisor are managed by Line.
co-signs checks with the manager or other members of the committee who have been designated.
keeps track of all incoming and outgoing funds and updates the Committee on the Pre-financial School's situation by presenting a statement of the finances at each meeting.
sets up the audit of the accounts, then presents them before the AGM.
arranges for the Charities Commission to receive the accounts and to have its records updated.
bolsters each Committee member.
Act in the Pre-best School's interests, promoting its principles and cooperating to meet its altruistic goals.
reviewing committee papers, participating in the committee's decision-making process, and working as a team.
Make that the Pre-School abides by the laws governing charities, its charter, and other guidelines that control how it conducts business.
The Committee typically meets twice throughout each term and is elected at the Annual General Meeting, which is held every year in March or April.
All parents of Pre-School students are welcome to attend the Annual General Meeting.
It serves as our venue for reflecting on the previous year's activities and planning the ones to come.
