From the D-Dee's Day Nursery
Debbie Gunn founded D-Dees Day Nursery in September 1996 with the goal of creating a unique setting where young children may receive nurturing care and have the time and space to grow at their own speed. Staff members at D-Dees are dedicated, highly certified early childhood educators who go above and beyond to improve the lives of the young children entrusted to their care. We are proud to consistently reflect on our practise in order to be the best that we can be. We are the area's oldest early years setting with the same ownership. Our home-away-from-home atmosphere and a love of discovering our local area give our kids the finest chance for their most formative years. Our location is in the village of Boughton under Blean, which is 4.5 miles from Canterbury and Faversham (2.5 miles). The M2, A2, and A299 are close by and accessible (Thanet Way). We can have a variety of experiences in the rural community of Boughton under Blean. We explore the hop gardens, take walks across the fields, and, when we can, participate in neighbourhood events. Our older kids like taking bus excursions to locations like Canterbury's downtown and Faversham Market.
