Activities: The management team understand how to plan a curriculum to support children's learning.

Skills , Knowledge and Behavior: They will help staff to observe and assess children's development and to identify what children will need to learn next.

Communication: Staff will invite parents to attend meetings to discuss their children's progress and provide regular written reports.

Community Building: Staff will reinforce rules and boundaries in the nursery, such as being kind, taking turns, and showing respect for each other.

Welcoming and Professional Staff: The management team will support staff with supervision, appraisal, staff meetings, and will observe staff to help them reflect on and extend their teaching practice.

Safeguarding Training: The management team understand their roles in safeguarding, know signs of risk, and understand the importance of continuous training.

Transition to Primary School: The management team plan to work in partnership with schools when children move on, inviting teachers to see children in the nursery and sharing information about children's learning and development.
