Six nurseries make up the Channings daycare family, which has locations in Rochdale and Oldham.
They are in Werneth, Royton, Chadderton, Newhey, and two are in Rochdale.
Currently, Channings has 6 nurseries and more than 100 staff members.
More than 3,500 kids have drank their morning milk at Channings during those years.
We are commemorating Channings Childcare's 30th anniversary.
The Channings crew rejoiced after winning the Oldham Business Awards' Supporting Young People category.
With the goal of offering early childhood education to local children, Catherine Hoggard transformed the former Newhey Conservative Club into Channings Childcare.
All of our nurseries accept grants for children ages 2, 3, and 4.
Catherine believes the success behind Channings Childcare isnt just about offering excellent care and learning, its about understanding how parents feel and cherishing their children as much as they do.
Our guiding principle is that you should raise them as you see fit because they are your children.
We are the welcoming, kind, enjoyable, and secure setting that connects a child's day that starts and ends at home.
We get how parents feel when leaving their child with us.
Its about each individual child and its about providing care as close to what mum and dad offer and leading children through those vital early years up to the point of their leaving us, prepared to start school.
To promote a smooth transition, we also place a lot of attention on building social skills, independence, and connections with nearby primary schools.
