From the Castle Lane Day Nursery
At Castle Lane Day Nursery, we are constantly searching for exceptional talent. The fact that several members of the crew, including Amanda Tilley, Sophie McLish, Emma Garland, Jo Tye, and Jo Crease, have travelled the entire 10-year journey with the business's owners Harriet and Vikki is certainly telling. Castle Lane is a fantastic location to work if you want to advance your career. I have earned my Level 3 in Childcare since working at the nursery, and I recently completed my BA. The nursery has also given me a lot of chances, such as a tonne of online and brief training. The management team has done an excellent job of encouraging me to build my CV and study while I'm at the setting even though they are aware that one day I will change roles to pursue my dream of becoming an early years assessor. You can speak openly and honestly with Vikki and Harriet about your work and your goals since they are approachable. What advantages do employees at Castle Lane in Market Harborough receive? regular social events, benefits, and delights like donuts and Easter eggs.
