Our first nursery, located in Kingstanding, West Midlands, was established in November 2002. Our Handsworth Wood location soon followed in April 2004, and our third facility opened more recently in February 2016. We are based in Birmingham.
Tina Hart and Alex Jones are the two directors of the nursery group.
All employees receive ongoing training in food safety, first aid, safeguarding, and the prevent duty.
As part of our commitment to staff growth and support, we provide a variety of additional training opportunities, such as behaviour management, support for children with special needs, and training tailored to each age group or developmental stage.
The programme, which was created by the nonprofit ICAN, aims to provide a tailored intervention for 3 to 4 year old kids who are experiencing delays in their language development.
Our three early talk boost trainers are incredibly privileged to be able to give this intervention programme to kids who need some linguistic support.
All three settings have access to this, and we have excellent success rates for the program's efficacy.
We are now collaborating on this brand-new project to create linguistic help for our young children.
