In the Tupsley district, which is in the north of Hereford, we are a registered charity-run early years setting that has been offering early years care & education for almost 40 years. Our recent OFSTED inspection resulted in a "OUTSTANDING" mark for us (June 2014) However, we moved in January 2019, which required us to obtain a new registration in accordance with Ofsted's guidelines. Therefore, while we wait for another inspection at our new location, our Outstanding inspection result will only be available online for a maximum of five years. When Broadlands Primary School in the north of Hereford faced closing due to poor enrollment, one of our founders, Ms. Kath Gardner, wanted to help. As a result, Broadlands Playgroup opened its doors in October 1979. Since then, we have expanded from merely providing morning sessions to now providing half- or full-day lessons for kids between the ages of 18 months and 5 years old for 49 weeks out of the year. In order to enable your children to learn through play in a welcoming and exciting atmosphere with a highly qualified staff of early years practitioners working to the same standards as all early years providers, we strive to offer a safe and secure environment for them. We maintain a high adult-to-child ratio so that your kid will receive the individualised attention and assistance he or she requires. You will have plenty of chances as a parent or caregiver to participate directly in group activities that will be gratifying for you and your kid. We want to make your visit with us as enjoyable as we can.
