A group of parents founded the Broadbottom Pre-School in 1971, and it has been open ever since.
All children learn in a high-quality, enjoyable, and exciting environment at Broadbottom Pre-School.
The secure and loving Broadbottom Pre-School is dedicated to providing a child-centered approach and acknowledging the individuality of every child.

The Early Years Foundation Stage is used at Broadbottom Pre-School.
The typical daily schedule is as follows:
Welcome and arrival of the kids At the door, we greet kids and tell them to wash their hands before putting their coats on the peg with their name on it.
Additionally, parents have the opportunity to speak with pre-school professionals.
Free Access/Continuous Supply Children are given the freedom to select from a variety of options.
During this portion of the sessions, we use a small, enclosed outdoor play area that the kids have constant access to.
Likewise, we take the register.
hygiene, including hand washing Snack With an emphasis on good nutrition, oral health, and exercise, milk, water, and a selection of snacks are provided.
For this portion of the session, we will either take the kids outside to explore the neighbourhood or use the spacious, secure outdoor area at the front of the building.
We also provide adult-led physical activities like dancing and yoga.
Musical instruments, songs, and rhymes Children should practise focusing on an adult-led activity at this time to prepare them for school.
Parents and caregivers show up an opportunity for parents to talk with pre-school staff.
Lunchtime- Children make their own lunches and eat it together, turning lunchtime into a social event with discussions about the day, healthy eating, etc.
To make sure that children receive individualised attention and care as needed, the ratio of adults to children is very high.

Up to 20 children and four staff members are typically present.
Donna Lynch, the manager, has 20 years of experience in the early years industry and possesses the Early Years Professional Status.
Mandy is the Deputy, and she holds an NVQ L3 and has been at Preschool since 2007.
Clare has two children of her own, a Level 3 qualification, and has worked in early childhood education for ten years.
Amy has a Level 3 qualification and is pursuing a degree in early childhood education.
All members of staff are qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) or are working towards their qualification.
Staff regularly attend training to support their professional development and to keep abreast of new legislation and areas of teaching and learning.
