Optimistic Beginnings Ofsted has given Charlestown Nursery and After School Clubs an Outstanding rating.
The nursery is located in one of Manchester's best Sure Start Centers, close to Blackley and New Moston and set back from Victoria Avenue.
The nursery features truly amazing, well-equipped indoor and outdoor settings.
Children can develop their independence, self-assurance, and resiliency in our specially designated forest school area.
We offer before- and after-school care as well as a holiday club, and we now collaborate with St. John Bosco Primary, Cross Lee Primary, and Charlestown Primary, three local elementary schools.
Danielle Sixsmith, who was hired through our manager training programme, is the nursery manager. "Charlestown is the hub of the local community and is constantly lively and bright," she says.
Charlestown provides children with exceptional possibilities through engaging activities, where the staff goes above and beyond to foster awe and wonder in the environment.
Every week, Manchester City offers children the chance to take part in dance and football lessons.
The nursery provides full-day care year-round for kids ages newborn to five.
Additionally, we provide 30-hour daycare for kids aged 3 and 4, 15 hours of free entitlement for kids 2 to 3 years old, after-school and summer camps for kids up to 11 years old, and 16 hours of free entitlement for kids with special needs.
All year long, working parents have access to childcare.
We provide spots with financing spread across the entire year, so parents have complete flexibility in their childcare needs. We are open 51 weeks of the year (closed for Christmas week).
