We have always had a model at Bright Sparks Halesowen upon which to base our performance.
At our sister nursery in Handsworth, we were doing this in fantastic and inspiring ways, but we also felt as a staff team quite constrained by the layout and setup that we had invested in over a number of years. Our skillsets and personalities have also changed, so we wanted to create a nursery that reflected the growth in us as a staff team.
and we teach our kids to adopt the same outlook. As a result, we consistently put our best effort forward on behalf of our families, children, and other loved ones. So even when doing your best is difficult, we encourage you to attempt your best.
We are aware that some moulds have been broken at Bright Spark Halesowen Day Nursery. This mostly pertains to the experience of childcare. We have been able to be creative, kid-friendly, and learning-inspired by designing surroundings with kids in mind. If we had been of an age appropriateness, the inner child in us would have delighted to have attended Bright Sparks Halesowen.
