The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework is used to guide our 0-3 childcare, which is the initial phase of Bridgewater's distinctive 0-11 learning experience. To the west of the city, we have a cutting-edge facility with sweeping views of the Derwent Valley. Getting there is simple by vehicle or public transportation. We work to create a prosperous, welcoming, purposeful, and joyful community. To ensure that every child has the best possible start in life from birth, our mission is to offer all people access to high-quality childcare, education, and community services. Working as part of a highly successful team, employees have a lot of experience and knowledge. A Key Worker will be assigned to your kid, who will work closely with both of you to develop a trusting connection. Our planning depends on our qualified teachers broadening children's ideas and interests while enhancing their knowledge through quality interactions. We work to support children's language development and imaginative language use by having a speech and language therapist on staff. Children who participated in Bridgewater's 0-3 programme demonstrated more improvement than was anticipated during end-of-year evaluations.
