Activities: Staff plan a range of activities that deeply interest and challenge children of all ages.

Skills , Knowledge and Behavior: Older children work with younger children, modelling how to carefully measure out and adjust ingredients to make dough. They discuss the different textures and the changes.

Communication: Staff use regular and systematic communications to make the club an effective link between parents and school for the benefit of every child.

Community Building: Parents lavish high praise on the staff for the range of activities they provide and the care they give their children. They see the club as an 'extension of their family'.

Programs and Resources: Following training on planning activities, staff now use children's interests, curiosity, and inquisitiveness to adjust plans immediately.

Transition to Primary School: Staff consistently model care and respect. Children speak with confidence and consideration. They listen carefully to each other, ask searching questions.

Child Safety Management: All activities and visits are stringently risk-assessed to ensure children are safe.

Children's Safety and Security: Children behave very well. They are involved in decision-making and as a result, understand the rules of the club.

Happiness and Settling: Children clearly have fun together. For example, outdoors, they play safely in a water tub.

Nutritional Menu: Children learn about healthy lifestyles. All snacks and teatime menus are nutritious and well balanced.
