What We Provide Children may be cared for in two distinct sections at Barney Bears in Chigwell, one for each age group. The main area's layout and the infant area's layout are constantly changed to provide variation and a fresh perspective on the area.
Through a range of activities, our Main room provides fun and excitement for older kids between the ages of 2 and 5.
The main room, garden, and creative space are where our 2 to 5 year olds spend most of their time.
Children can unwind for story time or practise their reading in another location.
Pre-skills are activities that are organised and customised for each of our children in order to put a special emphasis on personal, emotional, and social abilities as well as learning connected to two distinct subjects in the EYFS curriculum: math and literacy.
In an effort to get kids ready for school, we try to support and cheer them on at their own speed.
The kids may get dirty with sand and water, paint, sketching, and a variety of other messy materials and activities in the creative space.
The kids have a flexible daily schedule that includes activities like cooking, dance and movement, and pre-school skills training.
Children may grow and learn about the environment in the exploration section of Chigwells Garden by observing insects.
