From the Ashton House Nursery
Since 1988, we have been a family-run business, and we are passionate about and have a vision for outdoor childcare. The pure air of our vast natural landscapes, where children are able to engage with nature and take chances, building their resilience, self-belief, and character, is where they are happiest and healthiest. We are incredibly excited about offering a particular space where kids may make unforgettable memories they'll treasure forever. Daily activities include forest school lessons in our on-site woodlands, and we are happy to be one of the few UK providers to be recognised by the Forest School Association (FSA). Our two locations in Ashton Hayes, close to Chester and Frodsham, have unmatched surroundings that offer our kids plenty of natural space to grow. Every youngster who has the opportunity to learn the Ashton House Way makes us proud. At Ashton House, outdoor learning is at the core of all we do. It gives every child the flexibility to engage with nature and learn more about their surroundings while taking risks and putting their theories to the test via real-world experiences. Our kids flourish and form strong character traits that prepare them to meet problems head-on with fortitude, kindness, compassion, appreciation, and courage. Our culture places a strong emphasis on encouraging kids to learn to ride bikes, and all staff members are very supportive of this. Children can progress onto a pedal cycle without the use of stabilisers as they use balance bikes to improve their balance, coordination, and spatial awareness.
