The nursery has a custom-built structure, secure, secluded grounds, and a creatively designed play area. We take pride in giving young children the greatest possible start in their education. 50 weeks of the year offer day childcare spaces, with the option to attend just during the academic year. Our hours are 7:30 am to 6:30 pm (with an early close on Fridays for Shabbat). We also provide a core day programme from 9 am to 3. 30 pm.
Children of all religions and none are welcome at Apples and Honey Nightingale, despite the fact that it is focused on the principles and customs of Judaism. We present the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum using themes from the Jewish year in a comprehensive and engaging programme, bringing the festivals to life through art, songs, and dance.
We take part in the weekly Shabbat and Havdalah celebrations with our older friends, as well as researching and discovering various international holidays and cultures, especially those that our children and families celebrate at home. This further inspires our kids and adult friends to respectfully discuss their beliefs, cultures, and life experiences.
The nursery is operated as a Community Interest Company under a not-for-profit business concept (CIC). This comprises a Board of Directors selected from the neighbourhood for their dedication and professional know-how, which ensures the nursery works smoothly and produces the best results for the kids.
Our goal is to establish a welcoming and nurturing environment where kids can constantly learn through a variety of fun and engaging possibilities. Parents can feel secure knowing that each kid is nourished to help them reach their greatest potential and is cared for compassionately, expertly, and safely.
