Edinburgh Primary is a neighbourhood school that values the arts.
We are a vibrant community school located on Walthamstow's Queen's Road. At Edinburgh, we are committed to providing great teaching and learning through our distinctive and immersive, project-based curriculum. We are also passionate about the arts (see our curriculum section for more details). The arts are crucial for allowing kids to express themselves in a variety of ways, boost self-esteem, build resilience, and most importantly, find happiness in a passion. Edinburgh has always been a very creative school that understands this.

Here at Edinburgh, we have a committed teaching staff that includes a learning mentor and sendco on a full-time basis. We are passionate about education and enrichment, and we work to ensure that every kid advances well. Should children need extra help for any special needs, we offer it. We are enthusiastic readers and also have a brand-new school library. We also use digital platforms across the classroom so that students can read in a variety of ways. Our school uses the Read Write Inc software to teach early phonics, and we centre our early years instruction on play.
