In order to begin the bonding process between your child, the staff, and the other kids in the room, we ask that you leave your child with us during your second settling-in visit.
Transition Week 4: Your child should still be dropped off in their current room, but they will spend most of the day in their new room, including afternoon naps. They will return to their old room for tea and pick-up.
Your child's growth and preparedness for complete transition will be discussed at this point by the Room Leader and/or any current keyperson. Full transition will be attentive to your child's specific requirements.
We collaborate well with the neighbourhood schools, and we produce summative reports on the kids' transition to primary school every year.
We have been actively participating in the annual spring gala hosted by the neighbourhood Eldwick Community.
