From the Acorn Nursery
For children ages two to five, Acorn Nursery in Wimbledon, which is housed inside Wimbledon Chase Primary School, offers high-quality daycare. We are open from 9 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday during the academic year—except on bank and statutory holidays. In addition to expertise and understanding of a child's growth, our personnel is chosen for their enthusiasm and dedication. The success of Acorn Nursery and the young children who spend their formative years with us is largely due to our team. The majority of our staff members are qualified, and every employee has undergone improved DBS and reference checks as well as First Aid and Child Safeguarding training. We have 29 children between the ages of 2 and 5 currently registered with Ofsted. Children can join us at any time after turning two and can attend a flexible number of days per week. We offer morning, afternoon, and full-day sessions. We recognise that children learn and develop at their own pace because we operate in an open and equal opportunity environment. Our staff is knowledgeable and equipped to handle the demands of kids with special requirements. We promote healthy eating by giving them milk, water, veggies, lots of fruits, and nutrient-dense snacks. We offer morning and afternoon snacks, and kids who stay for lunch bring their own packed lunches, which our staff serves while keeping them at the proper temperature. It is not only our responsibility to support your children's growth and work together with their caregivers, but also to make sure that your kids are, above all else, contented, motivated learners, and that home learning is encouraged. We want to meet you and our young students soon. except for the statutory holidays of Christmas and New Year, during the academic year.
