The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) establishes guidelines for your child's care, education, and development from birth to age five.
The importance of and connections between each area of learning and development are equal.
There are then 7 areas of learning and development which chart the childrens development from Birth 5years.
The Characteristics of Effective Learning, which define how your child learns best, go along with these areas of growth.
When organising and preparing activities as well as when evaluating and observing your child, staff will take these learning areas and traits into consideration.
To support each child's individual welfare and development, weekly planning takes into account their ideas and interests as well as thoughtfully prepared adult-led activities.
Within their own learning journey, your kid's progress will be tracked. Over time, this information will tell a tale about your child, their learning, their friends, and the experiences they have loved sharing with others.
Planning for and supporting the wellness and development of each individual is aided by ongoing observation and assessment.
Since parents are a child's first teachers, we actively encourage them to take an interest in their learning and accomplishments.
