Through participation on the Board of Trustees and centre management, the local community and parents are involved in the operation of 1st Place. With the input of our families and with their needs in mind, activities are created. Through surveys, parent meetings, and professionals, we collect feedback. With over 90 staff members who collectively speak 13 languages, we reflect the multicultural community we serve and work to instil confidence in both children and adults. We think that through collaborating with governmental, nonprofit, and private sector service providers, we can offer the community more and better services. help from family and education.
