Nursery Info

Ketton Pre-School is a Nursery, Nursery located in Rutland County, East Midlands.

From the Nursery
Since 1980, Ketton has had a playschool, which has been a valuable resource for young families in the community and other local villages and towns. Our playschool's main objective is to maintain a high level of care and instruction. For kids older than two and a half years old, we provide care for up to seven hours each day. No matter the weather, we enjoy playing and exploring the neighbourhood. The landscape around us is buzzing with enthusiasm as we watch trains from Sooty Bridge and use words like "freight," "speed," and "distance." The library next door, where we could chose and borrow books, the storytelling place in the woods where we could play our instruments and sing loudly, and Sinc Stream while wearing our wellington boots. Walking over the several bridges and stepping stones that span the stream, possibly awakening the troll that resides beneath them. A short distance away is the community play park. We are incredibly fortunate to have access to such a wide variety of plants, animals, and insects, including wild garlic to smell and a fairy tree to dance beneath. the primary school, the church, and the local store. We're incredibly fortunate. To track each child's growth, we have a key worker system in place as well as exceptional monitoring and tracking methods (Tapestry). Parents can participate in their child's schooling online and monitor their progress. Whenever they want, parents can speak with staff members and keyworkers face-to-face, over the phone, or online. Please email us to request our prospectus if you would like more information about our setting, standards, and amenities.
